Surprised that the old Citroen hydropneumatic suspension seems to be better than the new fancy air suspension.

I’m not. Citroen suspension is glorious, new or old. Shame it’s a bloody nightmare to deal with when it inevitably goes wrong.

We love demonstrating the Citroen suspension at the Lane. Volunteers and employees both are very quick to start pushing the cars around with out hands. I have a picture of Jeff jumping on the back of the Dyane that already had 500 lbs+ in people in it.

You should be surprised. If Citroën had the best tech in the 70s for relatively cheap, the fact that rolls are using something inferior is senseless.

If rolls using inferior technology doesn’t surprise you, you don’t understand what rolls is.

Look when it comes to ride comfort, hydro suspension is second to none but there is a reason why no one including Citroen uses it anymore.
